Structure: One end is a socket and the other end is a flange. This is a composite pipe fitting. The main raw materials are seamless steel pipes and Q235 steel plates. They are welded after curling. After welding, grinding, sandblasting and other processes, the pipe fittings are sent to the spraying factory for pickling, phosphating and spraying plastic powder on the inner and outer walls of the pipe fittings (called electrostatic spraying). Function: Used to connect a section of pipe with a socket-type interface to equipment, valves or other flange-connected pipe fittings with flange interfaces. It plays the role of interface conversion and connection. Socket end: Connect the socket-type pipe according to the socket connection method (put in a sealing ring and insert the pipe). Flange end: Align with the flange at the other end (equipment flange, valve flange, other pipe fitting flange), place a flange gasket in the middle, and fasten with bolts and nuts.
