Steel-plastic pipe fittings are also called plastic-steel composite pipe fittings. The main raw materials are seamless steel pipes and Q235 steel plates. They are welded after curling. After welding, grinding, sandblasting and other processes, the pipe fittings are sent to the spraying factory for pickling. After phosphating, plastic powder is sprayed on the inner and outer walls of the pipe fittings (called electrostatic spraying).

Interface type: All three interfaces are sockets.

Usage:

It is used in situations where a branch pipe needs to be separated from the main pipeline, and all three connection points need to be connected by sockets.

The two ports of the main pipe (usually the two ports in the straight direction) and one port of the branch pipe need to be connected with the corresponding pipe ends by sockets (hot melt, electric melt, adhesive, etc., depending on the pipe material).

Installation precautions:

Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the inner wall of the socket and the outer wall of the plug to remove oil, dust and moisture.

Depth mark: Clearly mark the insertion depth line at the end of the plug pipe.

Alignment: Ensure that the tee is aligned with the connected pipe to avoid forced twisting.

Insert: Insert the end of the pipe straight into the socket to the marked line.

Curing/Cooling: Strictly cure or cool according to the time required by the material (adhesive, melt) and process. Movement or force is strictly prohibited during this period.

Support: A firm bracket support is required near the tee connection point, especially in systems with vibration or thermal expansion and contraction, to prevent the interface from failing due to force.
