Interface type: All three interfaces are flanges.

Usage:

Used in situations where a branch pipe needs to be separated from the main pipeline, and all three connection points need to be connected by flanges.

Commonly used in places where frequent disassembly and maintenance are required, valves or other equipment are connected, or where flange transition is required for pipeline material/pressure level.

Installation precautions:

Flange surface inspection: Before installation, check whether the flange sealing surface is smooth, scratch-free, and deformed.

Gasket selection: Select the correct gasket (material, size, type) that meets the requirements of the medium, temperature, and pressure.

Gasket placement: The gasket must be placed centered between the flange sealing surfaces and cannot be eccentric.

Bolt selection: Use bolts, nuts, and washers that meet the standards and have the correct strength grade.

Bolt tightening: Use a cross-cross, symmetrical, and multiple tightening method. Finally reach the specified torque value (use a torque wrench) to ensure that the flange is evenly stressed and prevent leakage.

Alignment: When flanges are connected, the two flange surfaces must be kept parallel and aligned to avoid forced pulling of the connection.

After welding, grinding, sandblasting and other processes, the pipes are sent to the spraying factory for pickling and phosphating, and then plastic powder is sprayed on the inner and outer walls of the pipes (called electrostatic spraying). After high-temperature drying at 230C-250C in the furnace, it is firmly attached to the inner and outer walls. The general coating thickness is between 0.2mm-0.3mm. This coating has good adhesion, strong corrosion resistance, and can withstand strong acids and alkalis. The inside and outside of the pipe are smooth and do not adhere to any substance, which effectively reduces the resistance during transportation. Improve flow and transportation efficiency and reduce pressure loss. There is no exudate in the coating, so it will not pollute the transported medium. It can be used alternately in hot and cold in the range of -40C to +80C, without aging or cracking. The average service life can reach 50 years.
