Plastic steel pipe fittings are mainly used for matching and connecting U-PVC pipes. There are three connection methods: rubber ring, flange, and socket.
According to customer requirements, the diameter can be changed arbitrarily within the range of 63-800 and connected arbitrarily. In the past ten years of use, the performance of steel plastic pipe fittings has been recognized by new and old customers, and the products have become more mature.

Interface type: Two interfaces are sockets and one interface is a flange.

Use method:

Used in scenarios where the main pipeline needs a socket connection, and the branch pipe needs to be connected to valves, equipment or needs to be detachable.

Combines the good sealing of the socket connection and the detachable advantages of the flange connection.

Installation precautions:

Sequence: Usually, the two sockets are connected and solidified/cooled first, and the flange connection is performed after complete solidification/cooling.

Support: Due to different interface types, the force points may be uneven. Special attention should be paid to providing stable support near the flange connection to prevent the socket from being subjected to additional stress due to the flange tightening force or equipment weight.

Flange port direction: Before installation, confirm whether the direction of the flange port meets the equipment or valve connection requirements.
