Usage:

It is used in scenarios where the main pipeline needs to be connected by sockets, and the branch pipe needs to be connected to valves, equipment or needs to be detachable. It is used in situations where the pipeline needs to be divided into four directions and all connection points need to be connected by flanges.

Commonly used in places such as complex pipe network intersections and distribution stations where multiple devices or branches need to be connected, which is convenient for disassembly and reconfiguration.

Installation precautions:

The two sockets are often connected and cured/cooled first, and then flange connections are made after complete curing/cooling.

Strictly follow the flange connection specifications: All precautions for "three-plate three-way" (flange surface, gasket, bolt, centering, torque).

Support and centering are crucial: The four flange ports need to be connected at the same time, which requires extremely high support for the pipe fittings themselves and the centering of all connected pipes. The support must be firm and able to withstand multi-directional forces. Misalignment of the pipe at any end will make it difficult to align the flange or generate stress.

Installation sequence: Temporary support and fine adjustment of the position of each pipe section may be required, gradually align all flanges and bolt them, and finally tighten them symmetrically according to the specifications.

In addition, our company particularly emphasizes that the construction party must carry out civilized construction in accordance with the requirements of the construction regulations, especially in the installation of steel-plastic pipe fittings, and must not force push or pull hard to prevent the rubber ring from being misaligned and causing water leakage. During the pressure test, because the pipe fittings themselves are heavy and the pressure requirements are high, the brackets or both ends must be firmly fixed, and the specific reference is to the construction regulations. The normal working pressure of the pipe fittings produced by our company is 16kg/mpa, or even higher.
