Double socket reducing pipe fittings

Structure: Both ends of the pipe fittings are sockets (also called "female ports"), which are used to insert pipes (sockets/male ports). But the inner diameters of the two ends are different. The main raw materials are seamless steel pipes and Q235 steel plates. They are welded after curling. After welding, grinding, sandblasting and other processes, the pipe fittings are sent to the spraying factory for pickling and phosphating, and then plastic powder is sprayed on the inner and outer walls of the pipe fittings (called electrostatic spraying). After high-temperature drying at 230C-250C in the furnace, it is firmly attached to the inner and outer walls. The general coating thickness is between 0.2mm-0.3mm. This coating has good adhesion, strong corrosion resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, smooth inside and outside of the pipe, and does not adhere to any substance, which effectively reduces the resistance during transportation.

Function: Connect two pipes of different diameters to achieve the diameter change transition of the pipeline. Mainly used for pipe systems with socket-and-spigot joints

Usage:

Insert the pipe with a smaller diameter into the socket of the smaller end of the double-spigot reducer.

Insert the pipe with a larger diameter into the socket of the larger end of the double-spigot reducer.

A rubber sealing ring is usually placed in the socket. After insertion, the pipe itself or external force is used to press the sealing ring against the socket to form a seal.

Plastic-steel pipe fittings are mainly used for matching and connection of U-PVC pipes. There are three connection methods: rubber ring, flange, and spigot.

According to customer requirements, the diameter can be changed arbitrarily within the range of 63-800 and connected arbitrarily. In the past ten years of use, the performance of steel-plastic pipe fittings has been recognized by new and old customers, and the products have become more mature.
