Pipe Repair Clamp is composed of 2 Carbon steel,2 rubber liners for sealing and 6 bolts.  Working pressure up to 1.6Mpa(16 bar).  Compared with other pipe repair clamps,it has better sealing effect and higher pressure,and both sides are connected to make the pressure more even.
Suitable for water leakage at the flange connection, wrap the whole flange for pipes with a diameter difference of 1-2mm from the standard pipe diameter.

NOTE: please check the outer diameter of the leaking pipe,leakage area length and front-to-back distance,make sure you have enough space for the installation,this is very important .And make sure the surface of the pipe repair clamp is clean before using it.  Different types of iron pipe,cement pipe,PPR pipe,PE pipe,etc.  diameter is not the same size, when buying our products, you need to accurately measure the pipe diameter and then purchase the corresponding pipe repair clamp.   In addition,please tighten the bolts in symmetrical order to avoid damage to the rubber lining due to partial load.
