The fluororubber sealing gasket used in this product has the following anti-corrosion advantages.

Fluororubber (FKM) is known as the "King of Rubber" in the field of corrosion resistance. Its excellent performance comes from its unique molecular structure (fluorine content reaches 66%-70%)

1. The core advantage of fluororubber corrosion resistance

Broad-spectrum chemical medium resistance performance

- Strong acid/alkali tolerance: It can resist 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, 68% nitric acid, concentrated hydrochloric acid and high-concentration sodium hydroxide. After soaking in 50% NaOH at 120°C for 1000 hours, the volume change rate is <5%, which is much better than ordinary rubber.

- Organic solvent stability: It is almost insoluble in benzene, ketones, esters, fuel and lubricating oils, and is especially suitable for working conditions containing chlorinated hydrocarbons and aromatic gasoline. - Special medium adaptation: It can maintain sealing integrity in highly toxic media such as trichlorosilane and hydrofluoric acid, providing key protection for chemical leakage prevention.

Stability under the synergistic effect of high temperature and corrosion

- Long-term temperature resistance up to 250℃, short-term resistance to 300℃ (such as 26-type fluororubber), chemical bonds are not easy to break at high temperatures, and the corrosion rate is significantly lower than that of materials such as silicone and nitrile rubber.

- Experiments show that the mechanical property retention rate is >80% after 10,000 hours of continuous operation at 200℃, and it can still work continuously for 3,000 hours in an acidic environment at 230℃.

Anti-aging and penetration protection

- Resistant to ozone, ultraviolet rays and atmospheric aging, the performance attenuation rate is <10% after 10 years of natural storage.

- The molecular chain has excellent density, and the gas permeability is only 1/5 of that of butyl rubber, which effectively blocks the penetration of corrosive media.
