UPVC two-sleeve one-level tee

Application scenarios:

- Used when the main pipe needs to branch out into a branch pipe of different direction or height (such as connecting a branch pipe when the main pipe turns in the drainage system).

- Commonly used in building drainage, rainwater systems, chemical pipelines, etc.

Installation precautions:

- Direction calibration: Before installation, the angle of the branch pipe (45°/30°, etc.) must be confirmed to ensure smooth drainage.

- Socket and plug sequence: First install the sockets at both ends of the main pipe, and then insert the branch pipe into the socket (gluing or rubber ring sealing).

- Support and fixation: Pipe clamps need to be added at the branch to avoid displacement caused by water flow impact.

General installation specifications

Environmental requirements:

- Construction at temperature ＞5℃ (adhesive fails at low temperatures).

- There is no water or oil in the pipe (cleanliness affects bonding strength).

Gluing operation:

- Glue evenly and quickly (connection completed within 30 seconds), curing time ≥ 30 minutes (≥ 24 hours before pressure).

Pressure test:

- After installation, a hydrostatic pressure test of 1.5 times the working pressure is required (pressure stabilization ≥ 30 minutes).

Safety protection:

- When UPVC is used for chemicals, confirm the corrosion resistance (refer to the chemical compatibility table).

- The blind plate must be depressurized before removal to avoid splashing of high-pressure liquid.
