PVC emergency repair joint (expansion joint)

Use scenario:

- Quickly repair pipeline damage (such as cracks and holes) without cutting off the entire pipe.

- Compensate for thermal expansion and contraction: absorb expansion and contraction in long-distance pipelines to prevent deformation.

Installation precautions:

- Surface treatment: The repair section must be polished and clean, free of oil stains and burrs.

- Centering and tightening: The two halves of the emergency repair joint need to align the bolt holes and tighten the bolts symmetrically (to avoid leakage under unilateral force).

- Expansion joint reservation: reserve expansion gap according to the design during installation (usually 10~15mm), and do not press to death.
