PVC saddle-shaped expansion joint (straight mouth)

Purpose: Open a hole on the main pipe for branching, and connect it with a socket-type connection.

Installation points:

Accurate positioning:

- Mark the hole position at the main pipe where the branch is required, and the hole diameter must match the inner diameter of the saddle-shaped joint.

Surface treatment:

- Clean the surface of the main pipe, grind the burrs, and ensure that there is no dust or oil.

Sealing glue application:

- Apply PVC special glue evenly on the inner groove of the saddle-shaped joint and the opening of the main pipe (do not overdo it).

Quick installation:

- Press hard against the opening position, and tighten symmetrically with bolts (avoid unilateral force).

Curing time:

- Let it stand for 10-15 minutes for the glue to cure initially, and then test it with water after 24 hours.
