PVC flat flange

Purpose: connect pipes and valves/equipment, glue the socket + bolt fixation.

Precautions:

Socket treatment:

- Deburr the pipe end and the inner side of the flange socket, and apply special glue (quickly insert and rotate 90°).

Flange alignment:

- The bolt holes of the two flanges must be completely aligned, and the gaskets must be placed in the center (rubber gaskets are recommended).

Bolt tightening sequence:

- Tighten the bolts step by step in diagonal order (2-3 times of force) to ensure uniform pressure.

Avoid stress:

- The pipe must be supported to prevent the flange from being subjected to additional bending force.
