UPVC internal thread directly
Usage:
One end is socketed with PVC pipe, and the other end is internally threaded to connect metal parts (such as faucets, valves).
Installation precautions:
Thread protection:
- Wrap the raw tape around the internal thread (15-20 turns), and wrap it clockwise to ensure sealing.
- Prevent the raw tape from entering the inner wall of the pipe and causing blockage.
Gluing operation:
- The socket end is operated according to the standard gluing process (cleaning → gluing → inserting → fixing).
Force control:
- Do not use excessive force when screwing in metal parts to prevent UPVC threads from cracking.
