Use: Connect two sections of pipe fittings, valves or equipment ports with internal threads. Equivalent to a short pipe with external threads.
Structure: Both ends are external threads.
Installation:
Screw the UPVC external thread at one end into the internal thread port of a part to be connected (such as the internal thread of a metal valve, the internal thread of a metal pipe clamp, or the internal thread of another pipe fitting).
Tighten gently, and then screw the UPVC external thread at the other end into the internal thread port of another part to be connected.
Important: When connecting metal internal threads, you can thinly wrap 1.5-2 turns of raw tape on the UPVC external thread (in the direction of the thread). The main purpose is lubrication and auxiliary sealing.
Note: Avoid tightening both ends with great force at the same time, which may easily cause the PVC body in the middle to twist or break. It is best to fix one end first, and then gently screw the other end.
