How to use: Used to fix UPVC pipes on walls, brackets or structures to prevent pipe displacement, vibration, and sagging.
Installation precautions:
1. Size matching: Select a pipe clamp size that fully matches the outer diameter of the pipe.
2. Fixing point selection: Pipe clamps must be installed near stress points such as pipe bends, branches, valves, and equipment interfaces. Straight pipe sections are installed according to the standard spacing.
3. Installation method:
Put the lower half of the pipe clamp on the pipe.
Fix the pipe clamp on the embedded parts, brackets or structures.
Buckle the upper half of the pipe clamp.
4. Tightness: The pipe clamp should hold the pipe tightly, but not too tight. UPVC pipes will expand and contract with heat, and the pipe must be allowed to slide slightly axially in the clamp. Usually there should be a slight gap between the pipe and the inner wall of the pipe clamp. For the clamp type, tighten the bolts until the pipe is stable.
5. Buffering: For environments with large vibrations, rubber gaskets can be added to the pipe clamp for buffering.
6. Avoid damage: Make sure the inner wall of the pipe clamp is smooth and has no burrs or sharp edges that can damage the pipe.
