How to use: Used to make holes on the water tank wall to install the inlet and outlet pipes. It consists of a pipe body with external threads, a rubber gasket, a washer and a locking nut.
Installation precautions:
1. Drilling: Drill a round hole with precise size and smooth edges at the predetermined position on the water tank wall.
2. Cleaning: Clean the area around the hole to ensure that there are no burrs or debris.
3. Assembly:
Put the locking nut and washer on the threaded end of the joint body from the inside of the water tank in turn.
Put the rubber sealing ring on the sealing groove of the joint body.
Pass the end of the joint body with the sealing ring through the opening from the outside of the water tank.
Inside the water tank, press the washer flat against the tank wall, and then tighten the locking nut.
4. Tighten: After tightening the nut by hand, tighten it moderately with a tool. Do not over-tighten! Otherwise, the rubber sealing ring will be flattened or cut, causing water leakage. The sealing ring shall be uniformly deformed and watertight.
5. Connect the pipe: The part of the joint outside the water tank is usually a socket or external thread, and the pipe is connected in the corresponding way.
