How to use: Similar to UPVC internal thread bushing, it is designed for connecting pressure gauges, thermometers, sensors and other instruments. One end is a PVC socket (gluing), and the other end is an internal thread.
Installation precautions:
1. Installation at the glued end: Insert the PVC pipe into its socket end according to the standard gluing procedure.
2. Installation at the instrument end:
Wrap raw tape around the external thread of the instrument or apply special instrument sealant.
Align the internal thread of the instrument connector with the instrument thread and screw it in by hand.
Use a suitable wrench to carefully tighten the connected instrument. The force must be extremely cautious to avoid damaging the instrument thread or the connector itself.
3. Position and direction: Consider the final direction of the instrument and the convenience of reading before installation.
4. Leak test: Be sure to perform a leak test after installation, especially for the pressure instrument interface.
