How to use: Both ends are external threads, and the middle is a hexagon. Used to connect two pipes with internal threads. Can also be used as a short pipe section.
Installation precautions:
1. Thread sealing: Wrap a sufficient amount of raw tape on the external threads at both ends, and the winding direction must be consistent with the tightening direction of the thread.
2. Screw in and connect:
First screw one end into an internal threaded part, and tighten it by hand for a few turns to align.
Use a wrench to clamp the hexagon in the middle of the joint and tighten the end. Pay attention to the strength!
Then align the other end with another internal threaded part and screw it in by hand for a few turns.
Finally, clamp the hexagon with a wrench to tighten the second end. When tightening the second end, be sure to use another wrench to fix the first joint that has been connected to prevent it from loosening or rotating.
3. Length and space: Make sure the length of the joint is suitable for the installation space, and consider the operating space required for screwing in both ends.
