UPVC reducer bushing usage: Used to connect two UPVC pipes of different diameters. Apply glue to the small diameter end (socket) and insert it into the small pipe, apply glue to the large diameter end (socket) and insert it into the large pipe.
Installation precautions:
1. Distinguish the direction: Make sure that the small end is connected to the small pipe and the large end is connected to the large pipe. Do not install it upside down.
2. Glue specification: Use a special UPVC adhesive (such as PVC-U glue) and apply it evenly to cover the entire socket contact surface.
3. Clean and dry: The pipe fittings and pipe ends must be clean, dry and free of oil.
4. Insert in place: Insert the pipe end into the bottom of the bushing socket and rotate it 1/4 turn to evenly distribute the glue.
5. Fixation: After insertion, keep the pressure for about 30 seconds to prevent slipping. Avoid stress or water flow in the pipe before the glue is completely cured (usually 24 hours).
