How to use: Used to connect or repair two sections of straight pipe. It is a short straight-through pipe fitting with sockets at both ends.
Installation precautions:
Strictly for straight pipe connection: It can only be used to connect two straight pipes with strictly aligned axes. It cannot be used for forced connection of pipes with angle deviation or different axes!
Clearance requirements: A small gap needs to be left between the two pipe ends to accommodate the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipes to prevent excessive axial stress at the joints.
Insertion depth mark: Mark the depth position of the pipe clamp socket on the two pipes.
Gluing: According to the standard gluing procedure, clean and apply adhesive to the outer surface of the two pipe ends and the inner surface of the two sockets of the pipe clamp at the same time. Quickly center the pipe clamp between the two pipe ends and ensure that both ends are inserted to the marked depth. The pipe clamp can be slightly rotated to evenly apply the glue.
Centering: Make sure the pipe clamp is centered at the joint of the two pipes.
Support: The ends of the pipe clamp joint need to be supported. The support point should be close to the joint but should not restrict the pipe clamp itself.
