Usage:
Change the direction of the pipeline by 90° through hot-melt welding, which is used for terrain avoidance or slope adjustment.
Installation precautions:
Angle prejudgment: simulate the angle before installation to avoid angle deviation after welding.
Fusion welding process: the same as the straight pipe section, it is necessary to ensure that the pipes at both ends and the elbows are melted and butted at the same time.
Support design: add a bracket at the elbow to offset the impact force of fluid steering.
Twisting is strictly prohibited: keep the elbow plane perpendicular to the pipeline axis during welding.
