Purpose: A branch is made on the PE main pipe, and the branch end is converted to a metal external thread interface. There are equal diameter and different diameter.
Usage:
The two sockets of the main pipe are hot-melt connected to the main pipe A and main pipe B respectively.
The socket of the branch pipe is hot-melt connected to the branch PE pipe.
After all hot-melt connections are fully cooled, wrap the raw tape or apply sealant on the external thread of the branch end.
Screw the external thread into the internal thread interface of the target metal equipment, fix the hexagonal part of the tee with a wrench, and tighten it moderately.
Installation precautions:
Clearly define the direction of the tee.
Support: The tee is a stress concentration point. Especially when the branch pipe is long or there is equipment at the end, the branch pipe must be properly supported or fixed to prevent gravity or vibration from causing excessive force on the root of the tee and causing damage.
When tightening the thread at the branch end, fix the tee body.
Consider the flow direction and distribution of the fluid.
